Hello megint én vagyok :) ! Már elfogyott a fehérjém és sikerült magamra pakolni 3 kilót :D ! Most az lenne a kérdésem hogy sovány kék dobozos tejjel vagy vízzel fogyasszam a fehérjéket ?
