Szia! Pár év kihagyás után újrakezdő vagyok. Alapozás már megvan. Régen heti 4x tudtam edzeni. Most heti 2-3x boxolok és mellette 2 nap edzek teremben. Nem tudok többször lemenni és a kérdésem arra irányul, hogy ezen a 2 napon milyen felosztásban edzek? Mivel régen 4 napos volt a programom most nem tudom hogy csináljam. Heti 2 teljestest? Vagy osztott edzést csináljak? Ha igen, tudnál egy tervet írni, hogy Te hogyan csinálnád? Nagyon szépen köszönöm! Petya
